Staff

We are very proud of our long standing staff team, some of them has been with us for over 30 years, who provide a stable environment for children.

Staff qualifications range from NVQ level 3, several member of staff with a degree in an early years practice to our Manager who is a qualified early years teacher. Most staff have Pediatric First Aid and all staff are DBS checked. We all attend various training courses provided by the Knowsley Early Years Team to keep up to date with the latest in childcare developments, alongside our in-house training.

Our team will invite new children to attend 'settling in sessions' where you can chat to our staff and your child can meet their new friends and their key person, who will be responsible for their daily care and who will provide feedback to you at the end of the day, offering help and advice when necessary.

Regular developmental assessments are completed, which the child's key person will share with you. The planning of each individual child's activities are devised specifically to promote learning, relevant to their stage of development.

This file is then given to you as your child goes off to school, providing a lasting momento of their nursery days.
